Do I need a subscription to use the device?
No. Recordings are stored locally on a microSD card (up to 32 GB), so there are no monthly fees.
Is the installation difficult?
The installation is "plug-and-play": you click the mirror onto the factory one with the two rubber clamps, plug the charging adapter into the cigarette lighter, and the rear camera connects with an extended cable (included).
How long does a 32 GB card record for?
About 4-6 hours of continuous Full-HD video with both cameras. Loop Recording automatically overwrites the oldest clips, so there's no need to manually delete.
Is recording active when the car is parked?
Yes. A built-in G-sensor activates a 24-hour parking monitor: upon impact or vibration, the camera starts recording a short clip and locks it against deletion.
What is the field of view?
Front camera — 170° wide angle, Rear camera — ~120–140°; this way you cover almost the entire road and blind spots.
Does the rear camera work in the rain?
Yes. The camera has an IP67 waterproof rating and has 4 LEDs for better visibility at night.
Can I view the videos on my phone?
Files are recorded in AVI (H.264) format and can be copied to a phone or computer via a card reader or mini-USB cable (not included).
